  1. What socks would you recommend for a person like me who has psoriasis on the bottoms of my feet and Type II Diabetes? I have to use a variety of coal tar products and soaps, emulsions, Clobetasol Propionate ointment to manage the itching, burning, burning and flaking on the soles of my feet. I wear cotton socks with the highest percentage of cotton that I can get. Naturally, I go through a lot of pairs of socks as the products I use to treat my skin ailment cannot be totally extracted from the socks with frequent washing in hot water. I have tried synthetic socks and as soon as I put them on my feet, my feet start itching.
