    1. Hi Cindy! I apologize for the slow loading. Here is a quick list of the remedies I mentioned in the video below. I hope this helps!

      – Asparagus and/or cayenne pepper: add to food to help reduce inflammation

      – Vinegar soak: soak a towel or cloth in cold water and vinegar and wrap your feet. The cold water and vinegar will both help to reduce inflammation

      – Olive or Sesame oil foot massage will help improve circulation and reduce inflammation

      – Ice pack or bag of frozen veggies applied to the feet. You can alternate with heat, too.

      – Epsom salt soak: Add epsom salt to warm water and soak feet, or even your whole body in a bath, to reduce inflammation/soreness and help detoxify the body.
